What will it cost?
The detailed evaluation and written proposal are free. The project price depends on what is actually wrong, which is why we evaluate first. Before any work starts you get a clear scope and price in writing. If hidden damage turns up during the job, like rotted decking or framing, we stop, show you, and explain the cost before doing any extra work.
Will you try to sell me a replacement?
No. If a repair will solve it, we will tell you. Many leaks, drafts and rot problems come from one failed detail. When replacement is the better value, we explain why so you can decide.
How long will it take?
It depends on the scope. You get a realistic schedule with your estimate, and we keep you updated if anything hidden changes it.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship is covered by a 5-year workmanship warranty, subject to the terms of your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate.
What is the free measurement report and 3D design?
For roofing and siding projects, along with the free evaluation and written proposal, you get a free roof or siding measurement report and free 3D designs showing what your house could look like. You can see the result before you decide.
Is the home intrusion inspection really free?
Yes. The home intrusion inspection is a free visual inspection with no obligation. It covers accessible exterior areas and the problem area you point out. It is not pest control, mold testing, a home inspection or destructive testing.
